Easy Real Estate Online is committed to clearly communicating its purchase and cancellation policies before customers buy products, memberships, classes, consultations, or other services.
By purchasing from Easy Real Estate Online, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
All sales are final.
Easy Real Estate Online does not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for products, memberships, consultations, classes, appointments, services, digital downloads, educational materials, or other paid offerings once payment has been processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, service details, pricing, scheduling information, and applicable terms before completing a purchase.
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Because digital products may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, refunds are not provided after payment has been completed or access has been granted.
Failure to download, open, or use a purchased product does not create eligibility for a refund.
If a customer experiences a technical problem accessing a purchased product, Easy Real Estate Online will make reasonable efforts to assist with access or delivery.
Membership payments are non-refundable.
This applies to:
Members may cancel their membership to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not result in a refund of any payment that has already been processed.
Membership access may continue through the end of the applicable paid membership period, depending on the membership platform and subscription terms.
Failure to use the membership, access Telegram, read membership content, or participate in available resources does not create eligibility for a refund.
It is the member's responsibility to cancel a subscription before the next billing date if the member does not wish to renew.
Payments for classes are final and non-refundable.

A customer's inability to attend a scheduled class does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
If Easy Real Estate Online allows rescheduling for a particular class, any rescheduling option will be subject to availability and the terms communicated for that service.
Consultation payments are final and non-refundable.
Once a consultation has been purchased or scheduled, no refund will be provided because the customer:
Any permitted rescheduling is at the discretion of Easy Real Estate Online and does not create a right to a refund.
Payments made for professional services, project-related services, property-related services, consulting, coordination, education, or other services offered by Easy Real Estate Online are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where otherwise stated in a written agreement or where required by law.
Some services may also be governed by a separate written agreement, engagement letter, contract, or service-specific terms. If a separate signed agreement contains different refund or cancellation provisions, the terms of that agreement will control for that specific service.
Customers are responsible for attending scheduled appointments at the agreed date and time.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment does not result in a refund.
If rescheduling is permitted, the customer must follow the rescheduling procedures provided at the time of booking.
Easy Real Estate Online reserves the right to establish reasonable notice requirements for rescheduling appointments.
Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the purchased service without refund.
Purchases made through an affiliate, referral, promotional link, discount, coupon, or special offer remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Use of a promotional offer does not change the final-sale status of a purchase unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Easy Real Estate Online may change prices, offer promotions, or provide discounts from time to time.
Customers are not entitled to a refund, credit, or price adjustment because a product, membership, class, consultation, or service is later offered at a lower price.
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for:
Purchasing a product or service constitutes acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A technical problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
If a customer cannot access a digital product, membership, or other purchased resource because of a technical issue, the customer should contact Easy Real Estate Online so reasonable efforts can be made to restore access or provide the purchased material.
Where the purchased product or service can reasonably be delivered through an alternative method, Easy Real Estate Online may use that method instead of issuing a refund.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or believe a genuine billing error occurred, contact Easy Real Estate Online promptly.
Confirmed duplicate charges or billing errors will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
This provision does not change the general no-refund policy for valid purchases.
Customers are encouraged to contact Easy Real Estate Online before initiating a payment dispute so that any legitimate billing or access issue can be reviewed.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically establish that a customer is entitled to a refund.
Easy Real Estate Online may provide applicable transaction records, purchase confirmations, access records, refund-policy disclosures, communications, and other relevant information to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.
If Easy Real Estate Online cancels a paid class, consultation, appointment, or service and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative or rescheduled date, the customer may be offered a rescheduled service, account credit, replacement service, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
This provision applies when Easy Real Estate Online is unable to provide the purchased service and does not create a general right to refunds for customer-initiated cancellations.
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If applicable law requires a refund or other remedy in a particular circumstance, Easy Real Estate Online will comply with that requirement.
